Our Story

Lee & Associates Property & Facility Management was built on the belief that developing the right team is crucial to developing a successful portfolio — and that investing in the success of each individual team member leads to the firm's success. Following our merger between Lundy Management Group and Lee & Associates, that belief has only grown stronger, bringing together two organizations with a combined half century of experience and a shared commitment to responsive service, trusted client relationships, and operational excellence.

We recruit talent that, first and foremost, has the right characteristics to fit within our culture: integrity, tenacity, and a collaborative attitude. We build every day on the legacy established by Jim Baker, who founded Lundy Management Group in 1986 and spent decades shaping it into one of North Carolina's most respected commercial real estate firms. That legacy continues today under the leadership of his successor, Jamie Baker, president of the combined company.

Our organization now consists of a 40-person team from a variety of backgrounds, managing real estate across the entire state of North Carolina & surrounding markets. This diversity of experience allows us to quickly and effectively resolve issues as they arise and implement proactive measures to prevent problems before they start. Property management is inherently problem-solving, and we've built a team — now with deeper engineering and technical facilities expertise — well-equipped to provide solutions, from standard office and retail assets to highly technical environments like clean rooms, surgical centers, and lab space.
