The L&A team is proud to support HonorBridge, a non-profit organization dedicated to organ donation and tissue recovery, at their 56,000 SF facility in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. As their consulting and facility management partner, we provide 24/7 facility support, comprehensive vendor management, and preventative and reactive maintenance services — ensuring this critical mission-driven operation runs without interruption.
To establish a strong operational foundation, our team completed a full Facility Condition Assessment (FCA), creating a baseline of all building assets and systems. From there, we developed a tailored project & maintenance plan focused on optimization and long-term performance, with all assets tracked and managed through a dedicated CMMS platform.
